Hello, my name is Dawn Lee. With the support of my loving husband,
Danny, we started Upfront Computer Service & Repair. I am also the
technician. We are located in Rockport, Indiana.
I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and my credentials. I
have been working with computers for about 8 years. After I built my
first "gaming computer", I realized that I truly love to build and fix these
things. I decided to go to college and turn my hobby into my career.
I received my Associates Degree in Computer Electronics and
Networking from Ivy Tech Community College of Evansville. I am a
Certified Electronics Technician and a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
My specialty is in the hardware portion of the computer but I am
proficient with Microsoft's Windows Operating Systems. It is a
challenge every time a computer comes across my workbench, as it is
rarely a repeat problem. I learned very early in my college career that
it is not how much you know but rather knowing how to find the answer.
This epiphany served me well during my education and is still serving
me well today. Challenge me to solve your computer problem.
Upfront is a small operation for now. We hope to grow this business
on the foundation of trust and honesty. We will work hard to build your
trust with our honesty.
